it still lopes at idle and some what shuders when driving not as bad as when i got it but fuck me man i've done everything i can think of but like 3 things and its pissing me off its like a week away from riping the doors off and wheeling till it woulnt any more!

oooo no thats the problem that jeeps have so many "common problems" it makes the whole damn thing a "common problem" trust me tested evey sensor if the was a way to seperate the computer from the engine then i would be in better shape but u can't obd deal is non exsitant.

Its in their some where just look for 2 loose connecters. you could also go to autozone they will run the codes for you for free

there is no codes to check for renix fucked up n made a pile till damierow took it over in 1991. i've try'd checking sensores in 2 ways that they can and there good. i'm working on it just thought every one should know 90 and older jeeps have mad problems.

yeah, one of my buddies had a jeep and said it had problems to no end, i won't ever trust one. my neighbors up and shut down while he was driving down the freeway. still don't know why.

yeah! well i like the motor its self lots of power ect... truck has potential just have to have money to get it going. I may keep it rebuild the motor and propane it. along with dana 44's just make a half ass wheeler stock style no cutting....after my nissan is done though.

negative i narrowed it down to exuasht leak and electrical system so it is just gunna stay like that till peewee takes it then we will be building a stroked propane motor for it...

So i'm driving to work this morning and some idiot decides to cut me off and wammm...there goes my jeep....STUIPED LIFTED TOYOTA DRIVERS!!!! thats right some idiot in a 3rd gen. bleck extra cab...it totaled my jeep no frame damage but alot of other damage...it totaled his yota bent his front frame into a 90* !!! just thought i would tell ya'll another reason i hate toyota's!!!

That's horrible! Are you ok? But don't blame toyotas in general... Whomever the idiot behind the wheel is, they determine whether or not the vehicle is worth it's salt. A bad driver can turn even the sexiest vehicle into crap the moment they get behind the wheel.

yeah i know that but just another reason for me to give yotas smack... no didnt fix the idle problem it cut the front wire harness in half so it has no power broke the front pullys, fans ect.. grill, core support, hood, both fenders and my knee went threw the lower dash throated bounced off the steering wheel head bounced off the window i had the choice of hiting him or a bus at the point of impact. I will try to take pics a camera phone doesnt do justice...There gunna buy it for 1500 I will be buying it back and fixing totaled title o well still worth it strong lil. truck i'm atleast happy it totaled the yota...But it was weird the guy said at the wreck "That p.o.s. is going straight to the junk yard." about his yota makes a guy wonder ya know?!

And I'm not just saying that because it's a jeep. But fixing/replacing wiring harnesses, pulley's, fans, etc sounds like a pain in the bum when you could take that money and find another XJ or pickup for the same price that runs. At least down here you could.

yea no it is worht it i pride on my rigs and it just cut the front wire harness easy fix with solder i can get it back in shape for $500 I have alot of pull around this town and favors owed.
