Okay so I forgot to take pics on this one but any ways for those of you with jeeps that want to get rid of the vacuum heres how. What you need a welder or 3/16 sheet metal a cuting tool of some sort to cut the metal. a non vacuum passenger side axle and a socket set. jack up the rig under the fron axle and place jack stands under it. Pull off the vacuum plate on the passenger side axle tube. Then decide if you want to remove the guts and weld the hole on the end shut or cut a sheet metal piece to match and drill the holes. (Inside that hole you will see a coupler. In my case i slid the coupler over the two piece axle shafts and welded it on there till i get a non-vacuum axle shaft as this was a spur of the moment. That way is not to stay just temp. I don't recomend any one do that.) At this point replace the vacuum box with your new one and then replace your 2 piece axle shaft with the one piece. Another note to be made is if you do this I would recomend getting manual hub set up in the near future as jeeps front drive shaft spins all the time.
